Cocktail recipe Breakfast with tequila
- Place 1 bar spoon of orange jam into a shaker
- Pour in 25 ml of quail egg white, 10 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of grapefruit juice and 20 ml of gold tequila
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into a chilled flute glass
- Garnish with 2 dashes of angostura bitters
