How to Make the Peach Whiskey Sour
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 15 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of scotch whisky into a shaker
- Add 2 dashes of peach bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with 3 maraschino cherries on a cocktail skewer
