How to Make the Sangrita

• A one-liter pitcher of sangrita is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
• Place a finely chopped cucumber and a half of celery stalk into a pitcher
• Pour in 60 ml of lime juice, 300 ml of orange juice, 600 ml of tomato juice and 20 ml of red tabasco sauce
• Add 1 bar spoon of salt and 1 bar spoon of ground black pepper and stir gently
• Garnish with a celery stalk
• Pour silver tequila and sangrita into shot glasses
• Drink the tequila and chase it with sangrita
