How to Make the Ceviche Chaser
- A one-liter pitcher of the chaser is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
- Pour 60 ml of lemon juice, 750 ml of tomato juice, 100 ml of oyster sauce, 15 ml of worcestershire sauce and 10 ml of red tabasco sauce into a pitcher
- Add 1 bar spoon of salt and 1 bar spoon of ground black pepper, a pinch of finely chopped coriander and stir gently
- Pour gold tequila and chaser into shot glasses
- Drink the tequila and chase it with the chaser
