Ginger Chaser

Cocktail recipe Ginger chaser

• A one-liter pitcher of chaser is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
• Place 400 g of ginger root into a juicer and juice
• Pour 600 ml of tomato juice, 200 ml of ginger juice and 180 ml of lemon juice into a pitcher
• Add a a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, a finely-chopped half of cucumber, 50 g of rucola and stir gently
• Pour gold tequila and chaser into shot glasses
• Drink the tequila and chase it with the chaser
