Cocktail recipe Mexican pie
- Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 5 quail egg yolks, 20 ml of heavy cream, 25 ml of orange juice, 30 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of silver tequila
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the red wine glass
- Garnish with an orange wheel
