How to Make the Wakefield Triangle
- Place 3 chopped rhubarb stalks and 20 bar spoons of granulated sugar into a milk pitcher
- Stir while heating for 10 minutes
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blend
- Pour 9 bar spoons of the freshly-made rhubarb puree, 10 ml of lime juice and 15 ml of sugar syrup into a mixing glass
- Add 1 vanilla pod
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Top up with champagne and stir again
- Garnish with a half of rhubarb stalk
