How to Make the Captive
- Place a quarter of peeled and sliced peach into a blender
- Pour in 60 ml of pineapple juice, 10 ml of ginger syrup and 40 ml of vodka
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with a rose petal
