Cocktail recipe Rosemary cooler
- Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 2 sprigs of rosemary, the pulp of a passion fruit half into a shaker and muddle
- Pour 60 ml of pineapple juice, 15 ml of mango syrup and 40 ml of gold rum into the shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the sling glass
- Garnish with a quarter of passion fruit
