Cocktail recipe Arnaud’s french 75
- Pour 10 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 37,5 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled flute glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with long orange zest
