Cocktail recipe Lightweight traveler
- Place an ice sphere into the rocks glass
- Place 3 cucumber slices, 5 mint leaves into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of aged bourbon
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with a mint sprig, a cucumber slice and a teaspoon
