Cocktail recipe The tower of power sour
- Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 25 ml of lemon juice, 12.5 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of aged bourbon into a shaker
- Add 2 bar spoons of cranberry jam with port
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Fine strain into a sour glass
