Cocktail recipe Fountain with absinthe
- One fountain is prepared for 6 servings of absinthe
- Place mint leaves into the absinthe fountain and fill it to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 90 ml of lemon juice and 150 ml of sugar syrup
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Pour 30 ml of absinthe into a goblet glass
- Place an absinthe spoon with cane sugar cube onto the goblet glass
- Place the goblet glass under the valve and pour 150 ml of the cocktail from the fountain through the sugar cube
