Ingredients
Absinthe	180	ml
Sugar syrup	150	ml
Lemon juice	90	ml
Club soda	750	ml
Mint	4	g
Cane sugar cubes	5	g
Ice cubes	200	g

Squeezer	1	piece
Bar spoon	1	piece
Jigger	1	piece
Absinthe fountain	1	piece
Absinthe spoon	6	piece

Cocktail recipe Fountain with absinthe

One fountain is prepared for 6 servings of absinthe
Place mint leaves into the absinthe fountain and fill it to the top with ice cubes
Pour in 90 ml of lemon juice and 150 ml of sugar syrup
Top up with club soda and stir gently
Pour 30 ml of absinthe into a goblet glass
Place an absinthe spoon with cane sugar cube onto the goblet glass
Place the goblet glass under the valve and pour 150 ml of the cocktail from the fountain through the sugar cube
