Cocktail recipe Homemade marmalade
- Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 orange and 2 pineapple wedges into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 5 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the red wine glass
- Garnish with a chopped pineapple wedge and a pineapple leaf
