Cocktail recipe Martinique
- Pour 10 ml of Maraschino liqueur and 45 ml of red vermouth into the mixing glass
- Add 3 dashes of homemade cardamom bitters, 30 ml of gold rum, and 30 ml of aged rum
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir with the bar spoon
- Strain into a chilled cognac glass
- Garnish with orange zest
