Cocktail recipe Rum Manhattan
- Place the rocks ice in a cocktail glass
- Pour 25 ml of homemade coffee vermouth into the mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes of homemade cardamom bitters and 50 ml of aged rum
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a bar spoon
- Strain into the cocktail glass
- Garnish with gypsophilia flowers
