Cocktail recipe Mezcalero
- Place the rocks ice in the Collins glass
- Pour 30 ml of Aperol and 30 ml of maurin quina into the mixing glass
- Add 3 dashes of grapefruit bitters and 30 ml of mescal
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Strain into the glass
- Garnish with orange zest
