Cocktail recipe Capitano
- Place the rocks ice into the glass
- Pour 35 ml of homemade pecan red vermouth and 10 ml of mezcal into the mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 5 ml of vanilla syrup, and 35 ml of pisco
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange zest and pecan
