Cocktail recipe A beautiful mind
- Place a half of kiwi into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 10 ml of maple syrup, 40 ml of dry white wine and 40 ml of vanilla vodka
- Add a mint leaf
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Top up with champagne carefully
