How to Make the Sherlock Tones
- Pour 50 ml of ginger beer into a tiki mug
- Pour 30 ml of lemon juice and 80 ml of apple juice into a shaker
- Add 20 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of Scotch whiskey
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the tiki mug
- Garnish with a scoop of coconut ice cream in a waffle cone, a sprig of mint, and lingonberries
