Cocktail recipe Cherry beer
- Pour 10 ml of lemon juice, 75 ml of cherry juice, 20 ml of cherry syrup and 75 ml of dark beer into a milk pitcher
- Add lemon and orange zests, a cinnamon stick and 5 cloves
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Let it chill for 1.5 minutes and pour into an irish coffee glass
