Cocktail recipe Sea buckthorn mulled wine
- Place 2 bar spoons of sea buckthorn jam into a milk pitcher
- Add a small orange wedge, lemon zest, 3 cloves and a cinnamon stick
- Pour in 150 ml of dry red wine and 10 ml of triple sec liqueur
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with a thyme sprig
