Cocktail recipe Irish strudel
- Place a chopped apple wedge into a milk pitcher
- Add 2 strips of lemon zest, a clove and a cinnamon stick
- Pour in 200 ml of apple juice, 20 ml of yellow apple syrup, 20 ml of vanilla syrup and 60 ml of irish whiskey
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into a teapot
- Serve on a base with a candle to prevent the cocktail from cooling
