Cocktail recipe Rosemary mulled wine
- Place chopped zest of a tangerine half into a milk pitcher and muddle
- Add the pulp of a tangerine half and muddle
- Pour 10 ml of honey in 150 ml of dry red wine
- Add lemon zest, two rosemary sprigs, a cinnamon stick and 3 cloves
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with a tangerine wheel and a rosemary sprig
