Cocktail recipe Gin with peach tea
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of gin
- Top up with peach iced tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a quarter of lemon
