| Frozen strawberry | 1 | kg |
| Rosemary | 10 | g |
| Granulated sugar | 1 | kg |
| Ice cubes | 2 | kg |

Cocktail recipe Strawberry punch
- One punch bowl is enough for about 20 rocks glasses
- Place 2 tangerines chopped in wheels and 2 limes into a punch bowl
- Blend 1500 g of frozen strawberries, 1000 g of granulated sugar and 750 ml of apple juice
- Fill the punch bowl 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Pour the strawberry puree from the blender into the punch bowl and add 750 ml of white rum
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pour into rocks glasses
