White rum Cubana Cultura	750	ml
Prosecco	750	ml
Apple juice	750	ml
Tangerine	200	g
Lime	160	g
Frozen strawberry	1	kg
Rosemary	10	g
Granulated sugar	1	kg
Ice cubes	2	kg

Punch bowl	1	piece
Rocks glass	1	piece
Bar spoon	1	piece
Drinking straws	2	piece
Blender	1	piece

Cocktail recipe Strawberry punch

One punch bowl is enough for about 20 rocks glasses
Place 2 tangerines chopped in wheels and 2 limes into a punch bowl
Blend 1500 g of frozen strawberries, 1000 g of granulated sugar and 750 ml of apple juice
Fill the punch bowl 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
Pour the strawberry puree from the blender into the punch bowl and add 750 ml of white rum
Top up with champagne and stir gently
Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pour into rocks glasses
