    Cocktail recipe Strawberry punch

    • One punch bowl is enough for about 20 rocks glasses
    • Place 2 tangerines chopped in wheels and 2 limes into a punch bowl
    • Blend 1500 g of frozen strawberries, 1000 g of granulated sugar and 750 ml of apple juice
    • Fill the punch bowl 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
    • Pour the strawberry puree from the blender into the punch bowl and add 750 ml of white rum
    • Top up with champagne and stir gently
    • Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pour into rocks glasses
