How to Make the Paloma
- Rim a highball glass with salt
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 15 ml of lime juice, 50 ml of grapefruit juice and 60 ml of homemade strawberry tequila
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a chopped strawberry, a lime wheel and a mint sprig
