Cocktail recipe Cucumber tini
- Place 4 cucumber slices into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of honey syrup and 50 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled flute glass
- Garnish with 4 cucumber slices on 2 cocktail skewers
