How to Make the Rebecca
- Place 6 bar spoons of blueberry puree and a pinch of ground sichuan pepper into a shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of blueberry liqueur and 40 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Serve on saucer with pieces of salers cheese
