How to Make the Croquet Club Cooler
- Fill a wine glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 30 ml of pineapple juice, 25 ml of lemon juice, and 10 ml of fino sherry into a shaker
- Add 15 ml of elderflower liqueur, 2 bar spoons of powdered sugar, and 45 ml of botanical gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the wine glass
- Garnish with two cucumber slices
