How to Make the Morning in the Garden
- Place in a shaker 4 g of basil and 20 g of cucumber and muddle
- Pour in 20 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of honey syrup and 25 ml of quail egg white
- Add 50 ml of london dry gin and give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with basil leaf and homemade citrus bitter
