Cocktail recipe Acute tropicana
- Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 3 pineapple wedges, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of silver tequila
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the red wine glass
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf
