Cocktail recipe Vacation in Jamaica

Rim a champagne saucer with coconut flakes
Place a quarter of peeled and chopped banana into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 20 ml of heavy cream, 15 ml of apple juice, 10 ml of caramel syrup, 20 ml of coconut liqueur and 35 ml of gold rum
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
Garnish with a banana wheel and a mint sprig
