How to Make the Bengal
- Fill the rocks glass with ice cubes
- Place 2 pineapple slices in the shaker and muddle
- Pour 30 ml of lemon juice and 20 ml of pineapple syrup into the shaker
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 15 ml of Triple Sec, and 60 ml of gold rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and gently shake
- Pour through the strainer and sieve into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a dried orange wheel
