    How to Make the Golden Flip

    • Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
    • Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 15 ml of lemon juice, 40 ml of orange juice, 5 ml of grenadine syrup, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 10 ml of almond syrup, 20 ml of apricot liqueur and 40 ml of gold rum into a shaker
    • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
    • Strain into the highball glass
    • Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a mint sprig
