Cocktail recipe South China iced tea
- Pour 15 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of honey, and 10 g of kumquat jam into the shaker
- Add 30 ml of cold smoked tea and 45 ml of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain through a strainer and sieve into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a sugared kumquat on a skewer
