How to Make the Casablanca
- Place 4 strawberries, a quarter of sweet bell pepper into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 5 ml of strawberry syrup, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 15 ml of red vermouth and 50 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a sweet bell pepper wheel
