How to Make the Spring Grass
- Place 5 green basil leaves, 2 slices of green apple into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of ginger syrup, 20 ml of green apple liqueur and 50 ml of bourbon
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and a green basil leaf on a cocktail skewer
