How to Make the French Kiss
- Place a peeled and chopped half of apple into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of calvados
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a fan of apple wedges
