How to Make the Gold Rush
- Place a slice of ginger root, seeds from pomegranate wedge into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of passion fruit syrup, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a maraschino cherry with a slice of ginger root on two cocktail skewers
