Cocktail recipe Caribbean apple pie
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 30 ml of lemon juice, 75 ml of cranberry juice, 25 ml of cinnamon syrup, 15 ml of creme de cassis liqueur and 60 ml of calvados into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of angostina bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the sling glass
- Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and a mint sprig
