How to Make the The Double
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 5 ml of sugar syrup, 30 ml of grapefruit liqueur and 45 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
