Cocktail recipe Brandy sour
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 20 ml of quail egg whites, 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of cognac into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
