How to Make the Bramble
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 20 ml of lemon juice and 15 ml of sugar syrup
- Add 50 ml of botanical gin and mix carefully with a bar spoon
- Pour in 5 ml of creme de cassis and add a little bit of crushed ice
- Garnish with lemon zest and two blackberries on a cocktail skewer
