How to Make the Bottom’s Up
- Cover 6 raspberries with 30 ml of boiling water and let them soak
- Fill a copper mug to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 5 ml of almond syrup, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, and 20 ml of cherry liqueur into a shaker
- Add 20 ml of Cynar and 50 ml of bourbon
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the copper mug
- Pour the raspberry infusion into a 50 ml bottle and garnish the cocktail with it
