How to Make the Southern Sea Breeze
- Place 1 dried date and 1 dried apricot into a rocks glass
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 25 ml of apricot liqueur and 40 ml of bourbon into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with dried apricots and mint leaves
