• Place the rocks ice into the rocks glass
• Place 20 g of raspberries into the shaker and muddle
• Pour in 15 ml of lime juice, 5 ml of sugar syrup, and 25 ml of quail egg white
• Add 20 ml of tawny port and 40 ml of bourbon
• Shake gently without ice
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
• Pour through a strainer and sieve into the rocks glass
• Garnish with a cinnamon stick and dried raspberries
