Cocktail recipe The smoke cloud
- Place the rocks ice into the rocks glass
- Place 20 g of raspberries into the shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lime juice, 5 ml of sugar syrup, and 25 ml of quail egg white
- Add 20 ml of tawny port and 40 ml of bourbon
- Shake gently without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Pour through a strainer and sieve into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and dried raspberries
