Cocktail recipe Pisco sour
- Pour 15 ml of quail egg white, 25 ml of lime juice, 25 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of pisco into a shaker
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a chilled sour glass
- Garnish with 3 dashes of angostura bitters
