| Sugar syrup | 15 | ml |
| Lemon juice | 30 | ml |
| Quail egg white | 25 | ml |
| Red maraschino cherry | 5 | g |
| Ice cubes | 320 | g |

Cocktail recipe Whisky sour
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of bourbon into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
